Our experience in Spa Operator also enables us to undertake the operational preparations for the Spa opening (creation of bespoke welcome charter and a customized operational plan, recruitments, choice of brands, customer experience plan, commercial strategy, digital strategy, trainings in the luxury hospitality, etc.).
